Tracking for Every Order!
We offer tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been processed, we will generate a tracking number and send it to you in a shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us and include your order number.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Our processing time is 2â4 days. After that, it takes 5â9 business days for your order to arrive.
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, such as public or national holidays, natural disasters, strikes in air or ground transportation, or other events beyond our control.
If your delivery exceeds 35 business days, we offer a full refund to ensure your satisfaction, and you may keep the product.
Where Is the Product Shipped From?
We do not only operate within Sweden, but also work with international suppliers. We do this to reduce warehouse costs.
Our international suppliers are located in France, the Netherlands, and Asia. This means that your order may be shipped from any of these locations.
Please note: We cover any costs associated with using international suppliers. As a customer, you will not be responsible for any additional charges.
Things to Keep in Mind:
We are not responsible for lost packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Please verify your delivery details carefully to avoid shipping issues. At checkout, you have the option to choose a shipping method, including the free option, which means the product is shipped from a supplier outside the country.
