We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We do not accept returns after 60 days from the delivery date. We do not offer free returns or return labels, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost if they change their mind about the purchase.
However, we may make exceptions depending on your case and what has been agreed upon, but generally free returns and return labels are not offered.

60-Day Return Policy
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return for any non-defective item. Please note that returns will not be accepted after this period.
Responsibility for Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we packed the wrong item. We do not offer free returns or return labels.

Conditions for Returns
For items that do not need to be tested or used to assess their quality, they must be returned unused and with all tags intact.
For products that require testing or use to assess their quality, the customer has the right to return the item even if it has been opened or used, as long as the return is made within a certain time frame and in accordance with applicable laws.
Return Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Unclaimed Parcels
For unclaimed parcels, a fee of 179 SEK will be charged to cover administrative costs from the shipping carriers.
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. If it concerns a service, the refund will be initiated within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the service.

Damages and Errors
Reporting Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately by email if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Reports of defects must be made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Refund Exceptions
Refund Without Returning the Product
Requests for a refund without returning the product will not be processed. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund of 50% together with store credit, allowing you to keep the item.
Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking number indicates successful delivery but you did not receive the item due to incorrect address information, we may offer a replacement after receiving a secure delivery address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of 149 SEK.
Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes to order information are accepted strictly within 24 hours after the order has been placed, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. Please contact us by email and include your order number.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the companyâs control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers, and other unforeseen factors. In addition, the company shall not be held responsible for any changes to products or product features made by the respective supplier or for other factors beyond our control.
